Discover the magical world of the mangroves and all the incredible creatures that call the underwater forests and surrounding sand flats home.
Mangrove Explorers is a monthly snorkel event that coincides with the spring tides and celebrates the wonderful Whangateau Harbour and adjoining mature mangrove forests.
What’s included:
The 2 hour event includes a mangrove education session, snorkel tuition and equipment plus homemade refreshments for after.

$60 per person or $200 for a group of 4
