Saltwater Eco loved being part of the “Love Your Harbour” free community event held at Whangateau on Sunday 14th February. The event set the stage for some awesome local collaborations incorporating education, conservation, culture and recreation! Massive thanks to the event partners and supporters: EMR, Forest & Bird, Whangateau Harbour Care, Eco Food Wraps, The Mermaid Tribe and Young Ocean Explorers.
Our local harbour is a truly amazing place and what better way to mark the end to a special day then by creating a heart shaped human chain – WINNER!!
